These are 20 gallon containers (I have had these posted as 25 gallon containers, it was brought to my attention that they are only 20 gallons. Sorry for the mix up!) would be good for storing feed for animal or anything else that needs to be kept out of the wether. They can also be used for dry storage on rafting or kayaking trips, along with any other boating trips. They are originally used for transporting lactose for a pharmaceutical company. The lactose comes in a plastic bag within and never touches the container. The container lids have a rubber gasket in the top of them and create an air tight seal.
