Lots of off-street parking right next to the house. Garage and two hall closets can be used for additional storage. Utilities split 3 ways (gas, water, and electric depend on usage but wireless internet is about $17 a month each). There are two bathrooms in the house, available room will be sharing the full bathroom with one other roommate. Refundable security deposit is $370 and lease is month to month. I mostly live a quiet lifestyle at home, but I do enjoy going to drum circles with my creative and/or spiritual friends. Many of my friends may not come visit very often since I dont pass around the bowl, but they know I respect their way of life outside of my home. I am pretty open minded and accepting of people, regardless of religion and political affiliation, which is why I have a wide variety of friends.
