My house is cramped. I need a new place. 3 bedroom or larger in the Albuquerque area but am willing to drive a little ways if the price is right. Some good stuff about me and my family that stands out from other renters: There won't be 13 other people moving in a month later. I don't like anyone enough to put up with them. I'm not social at all, so no loud obnoxious parties. I don't plan on starting a small zoo/animal poop collection 13 broken down cars in the front yard isn't my idea of landscaping I don't want to be homeless, that means I will pay my rent I have no idea on how to start a meth lab or deal drugs, that's weird for this area isn't it? I have never felt the urge to punch holes in walls. Nope, never. I don't like bugging landlords to come fix stuff.
