Hi, I am looking for an inexpensive apartment or house to share. I am a 30-yr. old female, working professional, and I also go to school part time. I get up early during the week and am not a partier aside from the occasional weekend get-together. I do not smoke and am allergic to tobacco smoke, so cannot have it inside. I have a well-trained, well-behaved and housebroken dog. He is my baby and I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He will be 7 in September. He also gets along with cats, so thats not a problem. In terms of living space, I would prefer no carpeting, and a bonus would be dishwasher, garbage disposal, bathtub, and backyard. I am looking to spend under $300 with utilities included.
