For sale LOCAL BUYERS only or Reputable Dealer with Pay Pal. Antoine Di Mauro Petite Model Gypsy Jazz guitar, made in Paris, France..probably 1950's. Very good condition vintage parlour size instrument: Excellent tone and volume..All Original, bridge, tuners and VERY unique tailpiece with a Balerina engraved on it. Overall length is 37 3/8 in.; 12 1/2 inches at wide at lower bout, 35/15 depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 251/4 in. Width at nut is 13/4 in. Guitar has nice trim aruond sound hole and body. Action is great, neck straight, frets are smoth, and no cracks and has never needed repair. I have played jazz, blues, and even open tuning with a slide (sounds like a resonator). Call me @967-5289 if you are seriousaly interested and I'll meet you at a convenient location to tray it out. This is an original Jose Ramirez Flamenco guitar, born in Spain and raised up here in New Mexico. It has been professionally appraised for between $8-10,000. It is truly an amazing player, with a brilliant raspy sound that is hard to find today. The guitar is about 1/2 inch smaller in bout than the typical Flamenco guitar, which makes it VERY comfortable to hold and play. Top is Spruce and back and sides all Cypress. Original wooden peg tuners, very easy to tune.. and holds its tuning with or without a cejilla. I've had the tuners lubed annually at Robertsons here in ABQ. OK, the guitar has had it's share of light cracks over its lifetime, but they were repaired obviously by pros and do not in any way affect its playability or sound. The action is superb. Best of all, the guitar is as light as a feather!!. We have a Conn Acoustical 6-string Guitar for sale! My parents bought me this guitar in the early 70s I took lessons for two years and it has basically been stored ever since The headstock design has the Conn rosette Unfortunately, the Conn label inside is missing It is in very good shape considering it's almost 40 years old! No breaks in the wood, it's not warped, and it still sounds nice :) We would like to find someone out there who would give this ol' guitar more tunes to play!
