I have a room available Feb. 1 in a gorgeous 2 bedroom house right between Old Town and Downtown. Its an old adobe style, in a secure, fenced yard. Wed share the common spaces as well as the one bathroom, the working fireplace, and the adoration of my sweet dog. (Sorry, landlords rules say no more pets in the house.) The house has a small private yard and shares a large courtyard (and sauna!) with two neighbors. Youll be getting the larger bedroom, with a good sized closet. The rent, including all utilities, is $463. The damage deposit is a refundable $325. I am a very busy grad student, so Id prefer a quiet female professional or graduate student.
