We are looking for a housesitter/petsitter for our beautiful home starting in early August and for the right person it could go through early December. We will be splitting our time between NY and Dallas during this time with occasional visits to ABQ. You will have your own private bedroom and bath, plus use of the pool, yard, kitchen and living room. The house is large and beautiful and is on two acres. There are also two wonderful labrador retrievers and one indoor kitty cat. You will be responsible for taking care of them in exchange for the free room and free utilities (the house has wireless internet and your room has cable tv as does the kitchen and living room). You will be responsible for feeding, brushing, walking and shopping for their food (on our dime), and keeping the place clean and neat (it is on the market though the market is quite slow, so it wont sold until the end of the year, if that). Weve had great housesitters in the past who you are welcome to talk to, after we meet you and review your references. No pets of your own, as weve got three on the property already and no strange pets are ever allowed to visit or be here. You must have a good car as there are no bus lines here.
