Its a great neighborhood conveniently located to major shopping centers, bus routes, bike paths, UNM campus. The house has hardwood floors, kiva fireplace, plenty of windows, large kitchen, new appliances, trees, laundry (washer and dryer), garden space, high speed internet, furnished bedroom. You’ll have a large bedroom, with windows ,and large closet. Shared bathroom and use of kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry facilities, and huge back yard. Id like to share a space with someone who is a non-smoker (outdoors ok), respectful, and clean. We are professionals and graduate students at UNM and prefer someone that is driven and focused on their lives (students,professionals etc). No indoor pets, outdoor ok. I am an active single male in my 50s who mostly lives alone, has a 13 yr old well behaved son who occassionally stays in his own room, I have a 15 yr old coool cat.
