Theres a new washer/dryer, gas fireplace, dishwasher, and microwave, and plenty of storage. Your room is decent size (12 ft x 14 ft or so) with good light, new carpet, a *huge* walk-in closet, your own full new bathroom. We have great views and the river, a walking path, and gazebo are just a few blocks away. There is a large patio out front. Rent is $395/month. Please no pets, no sharing the room, prefer non-smoker. Must see. New Clean Condo to share. Get your own bathroom (full). Bedroom is decent size w/huge walk-in closets. Ideal situation as it is month to month and possibly beyond the summer if you like.
