We are looking for a roommate to share our three bedroom home with here in Missoula. The rent is $450 a month and the security deposit is $300. We are looking for a roommate that does plan to stay for awhile, so if you are only looking for temporary housing, we probably are not the best place for you. All utilities are included in rent. We have DirecTV with everything including NFL Sunday Ticket. We also offer high speed wireless internet from Bresnan. There is on street parking right next to the house. The house is furnished except for your bedroom.We are looking for someone who LIKES dogs, not just tolerates them. If you are afraid of big dogs, please dont waste our time. We have two large breed dogs, and they are very important to us. That being said, no more animals. Were two graduate students looking to replace our third roommate who is moving out toward the end of July. We like the house a lot: its got a fenced backyard, garage, hardwood floors, fireplace, basement, washer + dryer, lots of storage, and--best of all--its very close to campus. The furthest part of campus is a 12 minute walk away. Downtown is a ~15 minute walk. Youd appreciate this a lot in winter :-) We think the price is really good for the location. The house has been updated with newer windows, heating, and electrical. Again, youd notice the nice windows come winter.Us? Were completely sane and pay bills on time. Since were grads, were often busy and dont spend much time in the house--so we dont have cable or internet (the latter is definitely negotiable). That doesnt mean were complete wieners: dinners, BBQs, movie nights, and the rare party get thrown down.You? Wed like someone who can pay rent, keep things reasonably clean, and generally pitch in. $375 per room. Looking for two roommates for three bedroom house one bathroom. Just finished repainting the entire inside of the house, new baseboards, new pine wood flooring, new carpet in the bedrooms with the extra thick padding, fully furnished (leather couch, two leather side chairs, 1920 deco side tables, nice pine wooden wall unit with TV and surround sound stereo, and office dest w/ computer) with washer, brand new dryer, refridgerator, and gas range stove and oven, large fenced in front yard and separately fenced in side yard with a small deck, and front yard includes a storage shed and a garden with a blackberry & rhubarb bush and an appricot tree. The rent doesnt include power and water but I as the landlord cover a third of the water and power and fully cover trash and sewer. The water is usually $10-15 per person and the power can range from $40 per person in the summer to $80 per person in the winter. There is also plenty of off street parking. The house is three blocks down third street from the Good Food Store on Johnson and 5th street. I, Ross Prosperi, am the landlord and will be living in the third room. I would like a roommate who is willing to sign a 1 year lease agreement. I currently work at Montana Conservation Voters fulltime Monday through Friday. I have found a cute, charming home in the lower rattle snake, right off Van Buren and very close to campus. The landlord advertised it as a house for 2, but I think it could definitely fit 3. Since all of my friends have good housing, I am in need of two roommates. It is 800/month for the house, but if we split it three ways, its be around 266 or 267ish a month, plus utilities. No smokers or pets (sorry). One year lease but if youre not gonna be around for a whole year, then as long as you find someone to take your spot thats cool with me. Hoping to find someone for July 1ish or the end of June, its pretty flexible. i am reposting this with my phone number instead of my email due to MASS amounts of spam that is now coming into my inbox. so if you are interested either give me a call or text at 406-698-9541 and my name is caleb.2 bedroom roughly 1000 sq feet 1 bath 1 dog(right now) 1 cat mostly hardwood floors right on the golf course garage for storage and very good sized yard for pets. my ex is moving out and i will need someone to move into the second bedroom at the end of june or if need be possibly much sooner. this unit will be friendly towards up to two other pets that are over 6 months friendly potty trained and within 5 lbs or less of my dog who weighs roughly 37 lbs(these are my landlords rules not mine). i would also like to note that the room is a fairly good size at roughly 10 x 11 ft with a great view of the golf course and the hills.the rent runs 350/month + half power(41 each set monthly rate) + half garbage + half cable and internet. the total sum comes to roughly 440 a month which isnt bad at all when you consider thats for everything except for phone, the view from the front window is great too. if you move in at the beginning of july the total cost to move in along with first months rent and the first months power bill would be $750 with 350 being a refundable security deposit (the landlord is a really nice guy and the place actually looks a fair amount better than when i moved in a year ago, so expect to get back when you move out). also if we come to an agreement and meet first i will not require any money before the move in date to secure the room. i would have to say i dont want any couples living with me, i have found that even at 1000 square feet this crib still isnt big enough to handle that much drama, plus three people living in this house would be a bit much. also since i have been living here for just over a year there is virtually everything needed to make it move in ready for whoever.about me - i am 21 and a computer science major at the U. i am a really mellow guy and would like my house to stay that way as well, thats not to say whoever moves in cant bring friends over or have a party every once in a while, i just like a fairly calm house for the most part. the lease was up on may 15th so the new tenant will have the option of signing a new one year lease with me or just keeping it month to month, if we go month to month i would just have my father write up a simple one year agreement between the new tenant and myself.ps - wifi 360 ps3 and foosball table(just needs dusting off) for your pleasure. also there is a full(i think, whatever is right below a queen in size) that has barely been used currently in the room that could either go in the basement or go to the new tenant at a good price. whitaker at high park (google map) (yahoo map) Location: missoula mtits NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests |

I am a busy 25-year old female FT student who also works and volunteers locally. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment in a row-style building thats next door to the Missoula library on Front Street. A walk through the park to the university, and a 2-minute walk to Higgins in the heart of downtown. I am looking to rent one of my rooms out to a quiet, neat, respectful individual. I do party, but I dont like bringing that sort of stuff home, I like wherever Im living to be a refuge from that sort of thing. Also I dont mind company over, just per the respect thing, make sure its communicated prior to, and I will do the same. Also keep in mind that sleep is somewhat important to me, so late nights during the week wouldnt typically be okay. I have 2 extremely friendly Yorkies that like to sit in anybodys lap that will let them, so if you dont like dogs my place would be sort of scary to you! Due to the dogs, other animals would not be okay unless you like fish or reptiles. Other than all THAT, I think Im easy to get along with. I have a wide range of interests from politics, conspiracy theory, German history, surrealist art, tattoos and Tom Waits, along with a bunch of other weird stuff, so Im sure that there will be at least some cross-over in interests! Logistics are $375 a month, plus utilities. This is an apartment with a lot of character, hardwood floors, high ceilings and huge front porch. There is a W/D on-site, but frankly I prefer the Green Hanger across the street most of the time. The main floor has a nice living room, kitchen, clean bathroom and three bedrooms; one is currently set up as an office but would be turned into guest room once I find a house mate. There is also a full basement with a half bath. As soon as downstairs tenant moves out (soon) this will be turned into additional living space (one room will become my office). The front and back yards are fully fenced with a nice porch and outdoor fireplace. There is a nice garden space which could be expanded. The house is located near McLeod Park (near Trempers) in a quiet neighborhood. All utilities, including cable and wifi are included in rent. Me: I am a 45 year old dude who works for a national environmental group. I travel anywhere from 25-40% of the time depending on the month. While I am past my crazy party years I still have a people over for dinner parties, etc. regularly. I can provide references of past people who have been housemates if needed. This is the second house Ive owned where I rent out a room with the understanding the whole house is an equally shared living space (except of course our own rooms). I have had great success, particularly with, but not exclusively with female tenants. There is a private bathroom directly across the hall with heated tile floors, a 4 ft.+ shower with a seat, a nice size linen closet, toilet and double sinks.Additionally there is a family room with a leather sofa, loveseat and TV w/ cable not far from this bedroom. Utilities are included in the rent as well as cable and wireless internet. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances and accessories. Laundry facilities are also available; front loading washer and dryer. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted. I have one room available for rent in my 5brm/2bth house located in Missoula. The house is in an established neighborhood and has 2 living rooms, 2 baths, shared kitchen w/ new appliances, washer and dryer, chest freezer, garage, storage shed, fenced backyard, and a pool table. Home has been recently remodeled and the owner (myself) lives on site. When the house is full, there will be 5 people living here and a small dog. Rent is $400 month-to-month with a deposit upfront equal to one month rent (refundable if you don’t tear the house apart). All utilities are included in the rent (electric, gas, garbage, water, sewer, satellite TV and wireless high-speed internet). Located on bus route 12 which goes straight to campus; it’s also an easy bike ride to campus. Laid-back friendly atmosphere…NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Must be responsible, clean, friendly, respectful, quite, and able to pay the rent on time, every time, without questions. Easy enough, right!?! Im looking for a roommate to share the nice 2bd house I recently rented. Youd be sharing with me (30yo female student) and my friendly furry husky. Sorry, no other critters.I love outdoor activities, cooking, and try my best to live in an environmentally friendly manner. YOU: non-smoker and love dogs! House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, small privacy fenced backyard, front porch, room for your bike/skis in the garage, etc. Youd have your own bathroom/bedroom on the main floor.Rent is $440/mo + 1/2 util (should be low, we pay only gas/electric & internet if you choose). Youd need to sign onto the lease, which runs through early July, at which point wed have the option to renew. I may be open to moving closer to the U in July if we both had a desire to do so. House is near Big Sky Brewery and is a quick 10 min to campus via I-90. Available Feb 1, but this date is flexible in both directions! |

I am moving out of montana and need to fill my bedroom by February 1st...The house is a classy 2 bd. like 6 blocks from the University and 2 blocks from Higgins...rent is 325 + 1/2 utilities and you would be sharing the place with a 20 yr. old female student.
