I am a female junior at UM seeking housing for only the month of August 2009. No, I dont want to stay for September, and I cant move in any earlier than August. Im a non-smoker, have no pets, but have no problem living with smokers (as long as my clothes dont smell when I leave the house) or other peoples pets. No allergies. Im down for a party, but like to really sleep at least 4 nights of the week. Housing that includes a mattress/bed is preferred, but Ill take anything I can get right about now. I like camping, floating the rivers, going to festivals and rock concerts, golfing, and playing racquetball. I am generally as clean as other people (meaning if youre really messy, I make no efforts to keep my room clean, but if your place is immaculate, I wouldnt dare leave a dirty dish laying around).August! Id be willing to negotiate my move-out date (I can leave ~a week before the end of the month) if you have another renter who wants to move in in late August for the school year. I am looking for a place to rent that has a yard and enough room inside that my son who is 16 months can play. We live in an appartment now and without him having a yard to go play in without mom or dad fallowing his every move he is getting kind of antsy. My husband and I can only afford about 575 right now, but would be willing to work off or do massages for any amount above that if needed. We honestly just need something that has some space for my lil guy. Preferably a house. I would love to plant flowers too if allowed. It can be anywhere within 10 miles of Missoula or so, just so that it wont absolutely kill us for traveling into town for work. A little about us, we are a caring, giving, sharing family who would much rather be outdoors then in. My husband, son, and I have no dogs or cats, just one small caged reptile who stays in her happy habitat except for when we change her cage. We dont have the best credit, BUT we have EXCELLENT references from our landlord now of over 2 years. I hate to leave them, but we need a place with a yard. Tenant is responsible for all lawn care on small portion of back of property. There is an underground sprinkler system that waters the lawn. No pets please.
