I posted these cabinets several months ago before I took them out of the house we sold. I didnt get my asking price of $4000 which is about $1000 less than we paid for them new. These cabinets are made by Showplace, they are like new and very, very good quality. They are solid wood construction, have cool, modern hardware already attached. They have the slides under the drawers so that it doesnt show when the drawers are open. The drawers are all dovetailed. They have the soft close feature on the drawers as well. There is a spice cabinet too. The base cabinets have the pull out trays for storing pans. They are Cherry cabinets with a really appealing stain, I cant remember what its called right now. This old-growth flooring was reclaimed from the historic lumber mill in Bonner, Montana where it was used as purlins in the mechanics shop. This is one of the cleanest reclaimed floorings you can find, and is does not get any more local or sustainable than this flooring. And it is simply gorgeous. The timbers were re-milled locally and feature occasional nail holes, knots, checking, and wear that add to its classic character.
