This place is fully furnished with an awesome location across from Bogart Park and swimming pool. Ill be gone for about a month or two come early August and the rent posted is only the rent for those months which Ill be gone. The rent would then go down significantly. The place is rather well kept and pretty comfortable to study or do some work at a desk. Im a few credits from being graduated here and plan to hand the place over to whomever may be interested when I leave some time toward the end of winter. I do the standard Bozeman mountain sports and would prefer another athlete but could handle a book worm with a half good personality. The place can be pretty social on a weekend so if your not into a bit of socializing this is not the place for you. The proximity to the bar is one which will prevent you from driving your car but should not be advancing on the idea that I would tolerate after-bar all week long. I own a small home in Alberton Montana...27 miles west of Missoula on I-90. The house is for sale and will be listed this week. I am looking for someone with skills including painting, landscaping, tile work to help me spruce up that house for sale and the one I currently live in in Lolo Montana. Regular rent for this house would be $500 a month, but will reduce it to $300 a month for the right person. House is one bedroom, has larged fenced yard, nice new deck on the front. No washer and dryer, tenant is responsible for trash, electric and telephone/TV. Landlord pays water and sewer. I would expect that house would sell within 6 months, but it may be sooner. Possibility to sign lease with new owner if they are keeping it as a rental.
