We are looking for a roommate to share our three bedroom home with here in Missoula. The rent is $450 a month and the security deposit is $300. We are looking for a roommate that does plan to stay for awhile, so if you are only looking for temporary housing, we probably are not the best place for you. All utilities are included in rent. We have DirecTV with everything including NFL Sunday Ticket. We also offer high speed wireless internet from Bresnan. There is on street parking right next to the house. The house is furnished except for your bedroom.We are looking for someone who LIKES dogs, not just tolerates them. If you are afraid of big dogs, please dont waste our time. We have two large breed dogs, and they are very important to us. That being said, no more animals. We dont have a big enough yard for anymore animals.The house is not a big party house, but we dont mind occasional get togethers.We do work evenings, so we are night people. Im renting an unfurnished bedroom in a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath, townhouse-style apartment located northeast of North Park near Rims. Rent is $250 plus half of utilities (electric), with a shared bathroom. I dont have cable or internet (though have access to it), if you want those, thats fine, but I dont intend to share that cost. Rest of the apartment is fully furnished, but room can be made and theres some storage in the garage, for $25 more a month (to share garage cost). Were two graduate students looking to replace our third roommate who is moving out toward the end of July. We like the house a lot: its got a fenced backyard, garage, hardwood floors, fireplace, basement, washer + dryer, lots of storage, and--best of all--its very close to campus. The furthest part of campus is a 12 minute walk away. Downtown is a ~15 minute walk. Youd appreciate this a lot in winter :-) We think the price is really good for the location. The house has been updated with newer windows, heating, and electrical. Again, youd notice the nice windows come winter.Us? Were completely sane and pay bills on time. Since were grads, were often busy and dont spend much time in the house--so we dont have cable or internet (the latter is definitely negotiable). I have made a few prior posts but am in desperate need of a roommate. The person I had to fill the room prior was not legit and did not have any means of paying for rent. I currently live in a house off of 24th and Howard. There are three bedrooms, one full bathroom, large family room, dining room, large kitchen that comes with dishwasher and also washer and dryer. There is also a sheltered back patio and large backyard with a double car garage... perfect for BBQs!!. I have two roommates at the moment, both which will be leaving at the end of June to move to Bozeman for school in the fall. I would prefer just a one easy going roommate replacement. The third room is fairly smaller and can be used as a shared office? exercise room? Anything agreed upon. I am a 21 year old female that is currently going to school full-time at MSUB and working full-time. I do have a little puppy named Cooper who is exceptionally friendly, loving and well-behaved. Looking for female roommate in 2 bedroom apartment off Higgins between Le Petite Bakery and Bernices Bakery. Apartment has lots of natural light, hardwood floors throughout, and one bathroom. I am taking summer classes at the U and will be full time in the fall. This is not a party house and NO drugs (including 420). Looking for mature, respectful, and clean is a must becuase its not a huge space, But, its great for another student and a great location about 7 blocks to University and right by the river trail which goes straight to the U also. Both bedrooms have full closet and built-in drawers, its awesome. Rent is 715.00 in the summer and 750.00 in the winter. All utilities included except electric which is about 10 bucks total a month. So, roommate would split rent and electric each month about 360.00/month per person. I may get a window AC unit in July so electric may be more then 10.00. Hello, I am a young professional looking to rent out the first floor of my house, located just South of St. Peters Hosipital. My current roomate just moved out because he is moving his family to town and needs a larger place. The house is built into a hill, so the first floor is not really a basement per se. The area for rent includes a nice sized bedroom, living room area (couch can stay), and garage stall with opener. It also includes a full bath, that has a washer and dryer (this would be shared). The kitchen is upstairs and would also be shared. The area for rent has large windows that can be opened and it stays very cool in the summer. It is located on a quiet, dead-end street.The lease would be $550/ month and the terms would be month to month. I will need at least 2 good references. Utilities would be a flat rate of $20/month for the summer/fall, but would be re-negotiated at the end of September when the heat is needed. I have wireless internet and I will allow use of this for no charge. I have 2 dogs that are friendly, and spend the day outside in the backyard.I am looking for a responsible person.
