Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana has two exciting opportunities for individuals who enjoy interviewing stakeholders to elicit detailed functional information in order to ensure unique business needs are properly translated to provide system solutions. As the Business Systems Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with business unit personnel, business experts, other technical staff, vendors, and contractors to understand business and system requirements that drive the analysis and design of system enhancements and project implementations. Responsible for proactively conducting interviews with all stakeholders to elicit detailed functional requirements, modeling requirements in an organized manner, then managing and communicating requirements throughout the system enhancement or project life cycle. Responsible for ensuring unique business needs are properly translated to provide a system solution. Recommends changes to configurations and/or software enhancements to improve efficiency and service.Requirements Our ideal candidate for the position of Business Systems Analyst will have the following attributes, abilities, and/or experience: Experience and demonstrated skill organizing and presenting complex technical information effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Five years progressive health insurance industry analyst, programming, or related Information Technology experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of PC software, i.e., Word, Excel Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Proven excellent documentation and writing skills Knowledge and experience with healthcare processing systems or financial systems Knowledge and understanding of Business and Process Analysis best practices, techniques and tools Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies. You will prepare analyses, review financial projections of larger and/or complex provider contracts and contract terms. You will recruit and contract with health care providers who meet established selection criteria. You will conduct negotiations, draft contracts, and conduct pre-contractual audits and surveys. | Single Family Residential builder looking to hire a Home Building Project Manager to effectively & efficiently run Helena, Montana project. Job Description(s):1. Home construction bidding, negotiating and budgeting. 2. Plan submittal to regulatory agencies. Coordinate changes to meet local codes of existing plans from another jurisdiction. Research Energy Star and Build Green requirements and evaluate cost. Coordinate engineering and architectural review as needed.3.
