You must be responsible, dedicated, willing to work long hours, and be willing to hustle. Jimmy Johns is a fun, loud, fast-paced place where we rock out gourmet subs fast. Were looking for a rock star to manage staff, train, make sandwiches, and lead by example. Pay will be 24k, with a great profit sharing bonus of up to $500 a month if goals are achieved. Jimmy Johns is the fastest growing restaurant in the quick service industry. The owner will be opening more stores in Montana and is hoping that this assistant manager turns into a future GM.
