When we bought our house 4 years ago, it was ... well, not in very good condition. Rust and brown mushroom wallpaper, ugly cabinets, the worst countertops I have ever seen, nasty flooring. The living room has new laminate flooring, new beautiful windows, a new mantle, a brand new ceiling fan, new paint, and even new walls were built. The kitchen has been COMPLETELY rennovated with new countertops, new cabinetry, new gorgeous ceramic floor tiles, and ALL NEW APPLIANCES. yes, thats right-- new dishwasher, new HUGE fridge/ freezer side-by-side, new microwave, new glass-topped stove, brand new garbage disposal. We put in a few cupboards with glass fronts to show off our cute dishware. We also installed new French doors that go from the kitchen out to our back deck, which is fantastic for guests and parties, and just family get-togethers.The bathrooms were newly rennovated in 2005 with ceramic flooring in two and vinyl in the third. We have three bathrooms, all with showers, and the guest bathroom also has a full-sized tub. We have installed lots of new cabinetry as well.We built an all-new laundry room with cabinets and a wooden rod for hanging clean clothes, and a huge counter for folding and ironing clothing.We used to laugh and call our front door \"the haunted door\". Now we have a beautiful new door with windows on top and on both sides. It makes the front entry way look so pretty!Two months ago we installed brand new carpet throughout the bedroom area upstairs. It looks incredible.Last August we replaced the ENTIRE roof. Not just shingles, mind you, but a total resurfacing.We have new landscaping and a brand new white mailbox. It looks 1000 times better!So, heres the rest of the details: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, SUPER LARGE two-car garage, A/C/ forced heat, We have a fireplace in the upper level and a wood stove in the lower. We have a full sprinkler system that works great. We have installed blinds in ALL of the windows, we have a wooden deck off of the kitchen, and we have a totally enclosed privacy fence in the back yard. We have fabulous neighbors on both sides. We have a very quiet neighborhood and are right up the road from Meadow Lark Elementary, Great Falls only Blue Ribbon School, I believe. Everyone who moves to Great Falls wants their little ones to go to this school. Its great.Our 2008 taxes were $1795. Utilities are around $65 a month, gas we do with a monthly plan of $85 a month, and electric is around $75 a month.Shown by appointment only! PLEASE contact us so you can see it! Gas and electric are included unless bill is outrageous then I may ask for a bit more on a monthly bases. We have one cat. No male cats aloud and if you wish to bring a pet the land lord requires a $300 dollar deposit for each animal, as well as proof of all shots, and the must be fixed. I like to keep my home tidey but am not a clean freak.I do expect you to pick up after your self, and not to worry about picking up after me or my family. Our home is completely furnished, and not much room for extra dishes and such, but you are welcome to use ours. Just bring your own bedroom stuff and bathroom stuff. If you want we can work out a food arrangement other wise provide your own food. We also have a washer and dryer you can use as long as you use your own detergent.
