This is a 1973 Red Dale Trailor. It is a 17 pull behind trailor. It has brand new tires, new battery, new interior wiring, some new interior plumbing, and new coat of sealant on top. The heater and stove work great. The couch and table both turn into bed, as well as the front cabinet also folds down into a bed. Also has a toilet. Pulls great. As this is an older trailor, there is a few issues. The tail lights are not working properly. I could either have this fixed for you, or we could talk about a price reduction and you could take care of this. The other issue is the refridgerator does not work. There is a knob that will not turn. Not sure how much it would cost to get fixed. Might just be a small thing. Ive always just used a cooler. Also, we have never had keys for the trailor, so you might also need to install a new door knob if you need to lock it up. Comes with both propane tanks. Not a bad little camper. Would like to keep it, but dont have a big enough pickup to pull both the camper and a boat that we are in the process of getting. Asking $900.00 OBO. Willing to negotiate price. Thanks for looking!! 1995 Jayco Tent Trailer Camper. Excellent Condition. Like new inside. Propane Stove. Propane Refrigerator. Propane Hot Water Heater, Kitchen Sink, with Auxillary Shower. Comes with original Manual. Zip on Room. The trailer is 12.5 feet long when closed up and about 22 feet long when open. Large bed on either end and bed in middle as well. It is pretty easy to set up. I set it up in about ten minutes by myself. It is also easy to close. There is an awning that you can open up for shade. I had the wheel bearings packed in the fall. Hard to find these campers and this one has been well taken care of!1998 Chevy Cheyenne 3/4 ton 4x4 pickup truck with extended cab. 85000 miles. 5.7 liter engine. Tow Package. Clean truck with plenty of power for hauling camper and towing boat. Great work truck when not being used as camping unit. Tires will need replaced by end of summer and A/C need recharged. Brand new windshield and rear sliding unit that allows direct access to camper.$11,000 for both units put this below Kelley blue book. Will consider selling units separately. The mattress is the Queen size factory futon mattress and is 60x80 inches. There are overhead cabinets that run the width of the interior of the bedroom. The MBDRM has two reading lamps as well as overhead lamps. There is a fold down TV shelf in the MBDRM. Next to the bed is a sink and vanity with a medicine cabinet and mirror, as well as cabinets underneath. Next to this there is a tall closet style cabinet that you can hang clothes in. Under this are three drawers. Across from the closet is the bathroom. It has a toilet, toilet paper roll holder, full tub/shower with shower head that is removable. Shower curtain also. There is a curtain that can be closed that divides the bed from the shower/bedroom sink area. There is an additional divider that can be closed to divide the entire bedroom area from the living area. Kitchen area and Living area. The kitchen area has a double sink. The large side of the double sink has a cover to add additional counter space. The stove is a three burner stove that works great. There is a cover that can be closed over the burners to add additional counter space. I have never used the oven. The camper has a Sylvania Microwave that works great. The Freezer and Refrigerator are pretty big. They work off of electric or can be operated from propane. The propane operation is mainly used when traveling. The kitchen area has a lot of cabinets. One of the things Northwood is known for is the quality of the cabinets, they all have double shelves and go all the way to the ceiling, unlike other toy haulers... In the kitchen area is also the Tank Level monitor that monitors the level of fresh water, black and grey tanks and battery. The thermostat for the heat and ac is located here also. The Air Conditioner works really good. It is ducted throughout the camper. The Heat works really well also, and the heat is also ducted. There are multiple electrical outlets located throughout the entire camper. The water pump is located under the kitchen sink. The fuse panel is located under the stove near the floor in easy access. When traveling the sofa/bed and table seating folds up to the walls. The sofa also folds into a bed. The table seats also fold into a bed. There is a lot of room in this area as well as cabinet space. There is also a queen power loft bed that is suspended over the cargo area.
