This T5 was in a storage container I won at auction, so i dont know alot about it. It turns freely, but doesnt seem to be loose, or make any noises that would indicate bad bearings. It shifts through the gears, and was stored full or trans fluid. The case markings on the main body are 13-52-065-922, and the tailshaft castings are 13-52-066-936. The trans was painted silver and the ID tag on top was painted over. Im not going to try and remove the paint as I would probably remove the ink on the tag underneath, so Ill leave that gentle surgery to the buyer. I can tell you it has a 26 spline input shaft which is consistent with GM and not ford. There was some speculation that it could be a Ford World Class T5, but i find nothing but unconfirmed websites to confirm that. The Id numbers come up as Camaro, but i have found some ref. to S10 and S15 Jimmy as well. The crossmember on it does not appear to be camaro, but since this transmission was very popular for engine swaps in many different cars it could be off anything? Im off today (Memorial Day) so give me a call if you want to come by and check it out. This is a used Manik brush/grill guard in great condition with all the mounting brackets and hardware. It has no dents, rust, bends, etc. Very heavy and sturdy. Nothing has been hit with it. Nothing has hit it. Its easy to install with four bolts (two of which are your tow hooks) attaching it to the frame. Give your truck some added protection against deer/brush/whatever.
