I party on occasion, but infrequently. There is a decent sized garden in the back lawn where we will be planting cucumber, squash, carrots, radishes and maybe even corn. The house is small and we enjoy a spartan lifestyle, there is very little furniture in the living room, some paintings etc. I just dont like accumulating too much stuff. If you have furniture, a TV, whatever is fine with us. Rent is a meager 333 a month not including utilities. The house is superbly insulated so in the dead of winter bills never exceed more then 100-115 dollars. The room will be available June 1st.The location is better then anything else you could hope for, only 4 blocks from main street and the bars and 4 blocks to campus. I do not own a car and I love the fact that everything i want and need is a short walk away. The backyard is fenced, has a deck, and a cast iron fire pit with grill set in brick. The place is new and rustic all wrapped up in one. I have a pet lab mix who is still figuring things out. You are more than welcome to bring your pooch too, but it has to be a good fit for the dogs. Cats are a bad idea. I am a 30ish professional. Not a partier, but I really like people, love beer, am fond of grilling out and cooking in general, hiking, a little runnning, and long walks with my dog.
