So here's the story: I play my LP about 90% of the time, but I have an American Standard Tele that my wife bought for me a few years back that I've been customizing. I found a neck that I love last week on a Highway One Tele. I bought the Highway One and swapped necks. Amazingly, it made BOTH guitars better! But I don't need two tele's. This one is now for sale. It's got a pristine C shaped neck with rosewood board from an '01 American Standard on a very clean '05 Highway One body. All pickups, pots, hardware, etc. are original to the Highway One, and are high-quality and American made. The finish on the HW-1 is thinner, and more satin than on the Am. Stnd., (some would call this a plus - less finish = more tone), and the saddles are vintage style barrels. The set up is awesome, action low, and IT PLAYS GREAT.
