I have a large 3 story Tudor home in the Piedmont/Mississippi Avenue neighborhood of North Portland. It is a block away from Peninsula Park (the oldest rose garden in Portland – a great place for dogs and people); walking distance from New Seasons and Max line downtown (just 10 minutes!). Super close to PCC cascade. The room for rent is on the main floor with a shared full bath, full closet, built in shelves, 2 large windows and is furnished. The price does include all utilities among which are DSL, basic cable and a very high tech security system. Your shared spaces are truly beautiful with antiques, lead-glass windows, hardwood floors and a recently remodeled kitchen with slate floors, weathered copper sink and Pratt & Larsen tile backsplash. About me: I am an executive level manager at a local nonprofit, I am 38 years old, quiet, respectful, very clean and vegetarian, non-smoker with 3 dogs. That may sound like a lot of dogs but they are small, 8 lbs., medium 22 lbs and bigger 49 lbs – very well mannered and kept primarily with me at all times. I enjoy watching movies I get from Netflix, NPR, reading and hiking. About the other tenants: happy, creative and in their 20's - two women. One stays on the basement floor and the other rents the upstairs room. About you: I would like a professional, female in their late 20-30’s who is very tidy, non-smoker, likes pets, and is relatively happy and independent with a great credit history.
