One bedroom with queen-size memory foam bed, office with 2nd bedroom potential, living room with double futon. (Easily sleeps four, additional are negotiable.) Also has dining room, washer and dryer, ample closet and storage space. Fully-equipped kitchen: pots and pans, Fiestaware dishes -- even all the herbs and spices! The freshly-remodeled bathroom has a vintage clawfoot tub with shower -- bubble bath and rubber duckies are on us! Rollaway and inflatable beds available for your own visitors. Your home away from home is ready, down to linens and dishware. There are lots of movies, as well as board games galore. (Scrabble, anyone? Sorry? Checkers? Clue?) Legos, teddys and other toys are just waiting for our young guests. Standard size and portable cribs, cradle, high chair, playpen, changing table and stroller are available. Behind the cottage, a lovely perennial garden borders a wide swath of grass in the spacious, gracious back yard, complete with lawn furniture. (Relax, the upkeep is taken care of!) There are vintage croquet sets -- including one for the kids -- and a barbecue. For your outdoor entertaining, we even supply the long tables, tablecloths, napkins -- and the wine glasses! Sellwood Park, with its splendid seasonal public pool and wonderfully equipped playground, is a half-block away. Funky or elegant restaurants, food markets, coffee shops, the public library and Sellwood's justly-famed Antique Row are just a stroll away. Explore Oaks Bottom, renowned wildlife preserve -- or Oaks Park, America's oldest continually-running amusement park! The Springwater Bike Trail beckons, leading all the way to downtown Portland. Take the bus to Portland's downtown and eastside business districts. Reed College, Lewis & Clark College and Law School, Oregon Health Sciences Universities and Portland State are all a ten-minute drive away. Your friendly hosts live nearby, and are available to assist you or just leave you alone to enjoy your stay. $1950 per month; $750 week; $125 per night.
