OR *The Studio Suites cater to one or two people, including a child, who want a more private setting, with a private kitchen and bath, and who prefer to be in the suburbs. Best for people with a car, but there is a bus stop right at the property and goes over to the TriMet MAX light rail line 1/2 mile away. And at a super special rate of $995 a month. Minimum stay is one month. You can stay less time than that but the price is still $995. You can also stay two and three full months at the same special rate and even pro-rate for partial months after the first month's stay. Another great feature is that taxes are charged but then refunded to you since your stay is a month or more. King suites, with a king bed and a sofa sleeper (hideabed) are sometimes available in a very limited number, and can accommodate three or more people, at a special rate of $300 more a month, or $1295.
