I'm looking to move closer to work for the summer, and I will be leaving a room available in my house in Sellwood for June, July, and August. If you can only rent for a month or two and not all three, that's fine too, I just need someone who can cover June right now. Some of my current housemates will still be there and I'll be coming by to hang out a lot so I want someone who is going to be a good replacement. Rent is $490 a month, though I'd be able to pitch in 20 or 30 bucks if you could commit by tomorrow, and utilities only usually run at about $30 a month. We are all college students of mixed ages, but a really nice crowd. The house itself has four bedrooms, wireless internet, a dishwasher, and you would be welcome to use any of the dishes in the kitchen. It's in an awesome location, really close to several bus lines that go straight downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, and only a few blocks from the river. We ask that you are a non-smoker (inside at least), don't come with any pets, and are generally drama free and respectful of the other people you're living with (not too much to ask!) As I said earlier, I'd be able to pay a little bit on the rent if you were able to commit to the room before June 1st.
