This is a great apartment. Everyone who has stayed here has loved it, I am sure you will love it too. Here is why; The location could not be better. Within 8 blocks there are 12 bus lines, 2 MAX Train lines, Lloyd Center Mall, 2 movie theatres, the Rose Garden, the Convention Center, tons of good ethnic restaraunts, multiple grocery stores and coffee shops, 2 parks, and a few bars. Everything is within walking distance and you are still just a 5 minute bike ride to downtown. 8 minutes to PSU, 10 minutes to OHSU. The apartment itself sits in a great spot. It is on a quiet side street with little traffic. Parking is free and easy. It is the corner unit of a one story buildingl. No upstairs or downstairs neighbors. There is a small patio in front. The unit faces east and south so you get sun all day long. There are lots of windows and you have your own entrance. Inside is about 800 square feet. There is a living room, kitchen (gas stove, fridge), bedroom, and bathroom. The layout is very comfortable with separation from room to room. It is appropriate for one person or a couple. There are some furnishings (bed, couch, table, chairs, lamps, microwave, kitchen stuff, etc.) that you are welcome to use. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs. $895 per month + utilities (gas and electric) + $300 refundable security deposit. I am flexible on duration of stay. No pets. No smoking.
