Fully furnished means furniture, dishes, towels, linens, Art on the walls, paper towels, dishwashing soap etc. Designed and owned by a local Architect Bob Schatz with great features like slate and metal siding, two-story ceilings, concrete countertops, wood floors and high-end appliances. When you call you don't get a management company, you'll get me, the owner on the phone. This is our only rental and my wife and I spent a lot of time making it perfect. Also very close to Hawthorne and Belmont shopping areas and across the street from Historical Ladds Addition with parks, a playground and rose gardens. Both the #10 and the #14 bus have stops just a few blocks away and will take you downtown within a few minutes. Plenty of free parking on the street right out front. Our rates are $2,000 per month $600 per week Lincoln Lofts is intended for a single occupant or a couple; smoking and pets are not allowed. The front door lock is a pushbutton code which is changed between visitors for your safety, when you make your reservation you will have your own code so the home will be available for you when you arrive. To make a reservation we will accept a $200 reservation fee to hold the home for you. The reservation fee is refundable within the first 7 days of making your reservation, the deposit is not refundable within a week of your stay.
