We have a professional office suite available in the beautiful Grant Park neighborhood. The office is approximately 9’8” x 8’4”. The building interior was remodeled about 2 years ago and each office has its own thermostat. Utilities, T-1 internet access and twice weekly janitorial services are included in rent. Rent also includes professional reception service. Additional administrative services (ie postage, fax, ups, copy machine) are available.
