Six in all, solid oak, with red seat covers and unusual circle and arrow cutout in middle panel of back. Some scratches and stains, a few small paint spatters that can probably be removed with the careful use of solvent. All but two of the chairs are missing the metal sliders that were in their legs; one of the chairs that does have them is missing one slider. One of the chairs' seat has been reinforced with screws in the legs (see detail picture). Beautiful rustic look. This early Maxfield Parrish print is "the garden of allah" which was one of his early works. This one is in excellent condition with only a couple of small areas that look scratched and are hardly noticeable. The original art nouveau frame is included and has nice 45 degree edges. Print is not faded, has wonderful color, and is signed and dated Maxfield Parrish 1918. The frame has a few outer dings mostly on the sides that you dont see where it may have bumped into something. It appears to be made of some kind of chalk like substance and can be restored. This particular original sells for online from $500.00 for a water damaged one to $1600 for a mint condition one. I am asking $600 for a quick sale as i need money for car repairs. In this condition, a piece of art like this from a well know artist will continue to increase in value. Keep away from sunlight and know that you will have instant equity as it's worth more than $600.00. I am disabled so pick up only at the beach. Print is 15" by 30" with the frame

Jacobean-style Oak Dining Set once belonged to the estate of bandleader Guy Lombardo in Greenwich, CT. My parents purchased it from him in the late 1940's. It is massive and has a hand-carved look, characteristic of better Jacobean-style American-made furniture of the early 20th century. This design has a real "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" feel to it, with acorn motif throughout. Age of this set is uncertain; estimated probably 1910's; it is entirely solid oak, has no lamination. Was appraised about 10 years ago at $5,000. Set is 9 pieces, comprised of 6 armless chairs; large table with two hidden leaves; 6 foot side buffet with drawers & doors; smaller 3 foot side server with two doors.
