We have a gorgeous 4BR/3BA 2,000+ ft2 home on the Kenai River in Soldotna Alaska that we would like to trade for anywhere in Hawaii for two weeks between January 2 and January 18 in exchange for two weeks in August or September 2009 or anytime 2010. Our house has 3 floors, with large deck, stairs and fishing platform; remodeled in 2003. Fully furnished, sheets, dishes, stc. Has refrig, microwave, DW, washer/dryer, propane grill, patio set, wood burning warmer stove (outside). Views of river and mountains. Moose in the yard and eagles overhead. 15 mi to town.
