This is a Top Notch Brand trailer that is 18 feet long plus the tongue length and 84 inches wide between fenders. It takes a 2 5/16 ball and is a heavy duty adjustable height hitch. It comes with load stabilizer jacks. Tires are excellent with lots of miles left. Paint is excellent with no rust areas. Wood deck is excellent and no broken boards. All light are good, it will need the wiring fixed at the front due to it being snagged and broken. It also needs a battery for the trailer brakes. The axels are top of the line with brakes on all wheels. The hubs are easy to grease with a grease fitting on each wheel.
