Hello, Are you still looking for a room to rent? I have a large room available Oct. 1. I am a creative, active part-time student and work as a bartender and sometimes server. I live Silverlake adjacent near Vermont and Beverly. The rent is 650.00 a month with a security deposit of 650.00. The utilities are shared, but the cost is minimal as I have all the bills on a low income rate. I am in my early thirties and very easy going. Just looking for someone cool and creative, with their own life, to share my space with for the next 6 months. The flat is on the second floor of a duplex and is full of old school charm. Just a heads up I do have cats incase you are allergic, but the place is very big so they shouldn't bother you. It is a two bedroom, hard wood floors, french windows, with a living room, balcony, dining room, sit in kitchen, two staircases and I have a laundry room right off the kitchen so no more lugging your laundry all around town. There is also a small back yard. The room for rent gets lots of light and has a fairly good size closet for storage. The apartment is blocks from both Vons and Ralphs for easy shopping. It is centrally located and right off the 101 freeway so you are minutes from Downtown, Hollyood and access to either Glendale or Burbank. It is very close to two Metro Red Line stations for an easy commute and just a few miles from The Grove for casual shopping and movie going. I am open to Female or Male, Gay Friendley, Student or Professioland artist musician types. I might even consider a couple if it was the right fit.
