My girlfriend and I have been together for almost 6 years now and we're looking to step up from apartment living into a small house. We'd love to live in your back house/bungalow/guest house. I work in Sherman Oaks at an Advertising Agency and she goes to school at Glendale CC. We're super quiet, easy going, non-smokers, who don't mind doing handyman repairs or keeping up the garden. We keep a clean house and enjoy being able to walk to local shops and restaurants. Right now we live in Los Feliz/Franklin Hills with our two dogs. Both are extremely quiet and have been raised in apartment living. We have Lulu, a three year old Bichon, non-shedding who is 10 lbs and Bosley, a 1 year old non-shedding, poodle mix who is 20 lbs. We'd love for them to have a yard and grass to lay in, where we could BBQ in the evenings. Right now we pay $1200 for our 1 bedroom apartment and don't mind paying more for the right place.
