I have owned this FAN for 3 years and pulled it about 2,500 miles, it weighs 2,65o lbs. I converted it to all electric. It has a privite bedroom, bathroom with shower
new pex water lines and hot water heater. Electric stove and fridge. The dinette table comes with the original leaf and folds into the wall. The couches make 2 twin beds. We have really enjoyed the camper and it pulls great. Tires are good and the bearings are packed. It has a 2'' ball, 4 flat light connection. It comes with a hitch and load levelers.
