I have a 1995 18ft VIP runabout, i had fuel problems and took it in a shop and had it fixed last summer, they told me they changed out the fluids and to take it for a test run, long behold they did not put oil in the motor and within a few minutes from the boat ramp i started loosing all power so i cut off the engine,i went after the shop but there was no proof on the paper work they touched the fluids it was a he said she said deal now it will not turn over, i was told it most likely did not do to much damage but im not a mechanic, so im looking for someone who knows there stuff.
