Mature, responsible, laid-back, thirty-eight year-old grad student/professional has 3 bd/2 ba, townhouse in the J-Town area, within close proximity to bus lines, college/university, numerous restaurants and stores, freeway access, parks and recreation facilities, etc. Seeking a mature and responsible individual – preferably female – to move in on or around July1st.$400 per month includes water, trash pick-up, extra storage and study space, use of full-size washer/dryer, etc. We split the other utilities, and share all common areas. Room is approximately 12’ x 12’, not including closet space, and you will have 2 different rooms to choose from. Townhome and residential community features balcony/patio, closets, telephone hookup, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable, dishwasher, high-speed Internet, microwave, parking, swimming pool, etc. Room can come partially furnished for no additional cost. Seeking to rent until at least October 31, 2009, but willing to do month-to-month for slightly increased rate to cover re-rental expenses. Cats are okay. No drugs. Outside smoking only. No children please. Female roommate preferred, but all applicants will also be considered. Prefer someone moving locally, who can come see the place and meet me prior to move-in date.
