The house was built in 1876, and has spectacular architecture. Shared areas include a double parlor (now a living room/formal dining room combo), a family room with plasma TV and exposed brick, recessed porch, 1.5 bathrooms, and gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Were in a safe area. The house is well-lit at night, and has a fire/security alarm. Street and alley parking are available.The available bedroom is approximately 10 X 19, has two tall windows, is a very bright space, and is painted a very neutral shade of lavender. The hardwood floor was refinished in 2007, and we just added a brushed nickel ceiling fan. The closet is a little larger than average. Rent is $385 per month. Utilities and satellite TV are included at no cost. A month-to-month lease and $300 security deposit are required. Room comes furnished with upholstered chairs, a full-sized bed, a bookcase, and dresser at tenants’ option.
