I am 29 yrs old and have been hunting for more than 10 yrs, and I got my wife (24) hunting before we were even married. I am also hunter certified ( took the hunter safety course ) and with public land full of hunters these days we are in desperate need of a place to hunt ! We will not litter or destroy property and I have a land owner permission slip issued by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources which can be filled out by the land owner to accomidate all the legal stuff for us to hunt on your land such as personal injury and property damage issues. I am looking for property that needs deer removed (if were lucky). I am a retiree, 61 years old and my son is 23. We use climber tree stands that do not damage the trees and also safety belts. The stands will not be left on the property. They will be leaving when we do. We will share the meat with you if we are lucky enough to get one. I believe this would be a great deal for someone out there paying two mortgages who has not been able to sell their home. Heres the situation , lost my job in Feb, and finally after 3 mos of looking was hired for a job I started 2 weeks ago. I took a $6 hr cut in pay so I would at least have a job. Now I need to find a cheaper apt. because I will no longer be able to afford the one Im in. I am looking for someone with an apt for rent in the New Albany area that will work with me. I dont have and can not come up with all it takes to get into an apt. If you would be willing to work something out with me on your empty apt for me to move in ,I am willing to clean, paint , whatever it needs myself.Also would be willing to clean other empty rentals that you have and even show them for you, Ill even clean your house. I pay $525 a mo plus all utilitis ,gas, water, electric so I need something much cheaper.
