I'm looking for a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom with an extra room such as a den to rent. I'd like to find a condo instead of getting an apartment. It has to have a pool and I'd prefer a gym as well. I have good references, have been at my job long-term, and my credit is in the lower good range. Just not ready to buy. No pets. East/Southeast area, preferably Jtown/Fern Creek but open.
