Also, I love music and am in a band, so if you too are a music nerd, we can mesh well. :)I live on the corner of Brook and Magnolia, in Old Louisville, in an apartment in a house that was built in 1910. Its a two-bedroom apartment with hardwood floors, private entrance, a bathtub, and fully functioning kitchen. The apartment is gorgeous, with 15 foot ceilings and really stunning dark hardwood floors. The first bedroom (which I am looking to rent) and the bathroom are on the first floor, and the living room, kitchen, and 2nd bedroom are on the second floor. The house is very close to campus, a fifteen minute walk.The rent is $325/mo (per person) plus $20 for internet and anywhere between $20 and $100 a month for electricity (all per person). I kept the apartment warm in the winter, but from what I hear thats pretty average for Old Louisville. Sorry, no dogs or cats. The lease does not allow it.The lease is up for renewal in July, so that is when the first months rent is due. However, I have to let the landlord know before June 1st if I plan to move or not, so if I do not find a roommate by then, I will let the apartment go and move into a studio on my own.Email or call Lindsay at 270-748-5031 to organize a showing.
