This is a vintage Dan electro bass long horn bass guitar. I have had it for at least 15 years now. I was told it was from the late 1960s to early 1970s. It played well before I broke the strings retuning it. It needs new strings and to be tuned. The Strings broke due to there age. I am not a musician but it seems to play just fine. It also comes with a wodden case. I was offered $500 on ebay but I was a fool and didnt take it and the auction didnt quite make it to $500. This is a very beautiful, wonderful sounding and well built guitar. I purchased this guitar a little over a year ago for $350. This is a great sounding guitar and the neck is great. I own a JM sig stratocaster and the necks are very similar, they are both very smooth and easy to pick up and play. I love this guitar I have just outgrown the acoustic guitar scene. This guitar is in perfect condition. The only thing I have modified are the bridge pins, they are now black instead of white but you change them out as you please. And the bridge has a little ware, this minor ware is not visible unless you look closely and does not affect the sound at all. It comes with a $100 case, that I bought at the same time as the guitar. It is in perfect condition as well no scratches what so ever.This is a great deal for a great guitar, the MSRP for this guitar is $480 and they usually sell for about $340.I am also willing to trade. Selling a used VOX Valvetronix AD15VT guitar amp with a two channel VOX foot switch.The amp has an 8\" speaker and has 11 different amp models and 11 different effects. It is partially powered by a vacuum tube and you can get some pretty awesome sounds of the amp. You can use the presets or tweak it to your liking and then save your tweaked-out sound to one of two channels. I am including a VOX foot switch that can be used to switch between the channels.The amp may not be big enough to play concerts with but it is definitely a blast to play around with at home or jamming with friends! The amps distortion is ok, but you should probably use a disto pedal through the clean channel. Effects-loop, pedal-switch, 3-band equalizer on both channels, and reverb. Its big, heavy, and loud. For sale is a Fender Super Six Reverb that has been cut down to a head, and im really needing money for a combo so im selling this for only $425 to help pay for one. You cant find another vintage fender reverb head for this cheap, hook this thing to any decent cab and it is amazing. The tremelo is currently not working but is a cheap easy fix for a tech, maybe even a change of the tube (i would never use this so i never bothered) but the reverb is amazing on this. Im going to be coming up to Georgetown either monday or tuesday and can bring it up from where i live in Russell Springs which is about an hour and a half from Lexington, so dont hesitate to email with any questions.Btw, I am very firm on this price, i do understand that this isnt worth as much since it has been cut down, if it hadnt had been cut down before i got it, it would be priced well over twice as much as now. but you cannot find the great tone of a vintage fender amp, espically their reverb, and for this cheap. There are a few rips that have been super glued back and hardly noticeable but all in all I would grade this cabinet in great condition for its age based on other cabinets of its age.This cabinet has the original 1960a LEAD emblem on it.Cabinet is rated at 300 watts and support mono or stereo operation.
