As you can see in the official papers it's appraised at 13,500 and my asking price is exactly one-third that amount! It is completely white at F Color and near flawless with a VS2-SI1 clarity. You have to see it in real life it is so much prettier; I can't take pictures of it under direct light because it sparkles so much that my camera won't focus! Cushion cut diamonds are very rare now a days but classy and more traditional, much better than the boring round or princess in my opinion. Plus, what woman would say no to a stone of this quality at more than one and half carats?!
