The boat has a 140 HP Mercruiser engine that runs great. It has a fiberglass swim platform with a fold down step, docking lights, and a sun umbrella that covers 60% of the boat. The hull is in good shape and only has typical usage marks on it. The prop has some nicks and cuts in it, however I found a place locally here where a new aluminium one is $90. All the carpet and vinyl interior was replaced 3 years ago. I also have a brand new set of trailer guide posts that I havent put on yet. I have for sale my 1990 Sea Nymph all aluminum 22cuddy cabin boat. The engine has been replaced with a factory rebuilt 4 cylinder chevy that is known as the \"iron duke\" - almost indestructable. It has about 50-60 hrs on it. The carb was rebuillt last season. It has new vinyl marine flooring. The floor of this boat is made from aluminum as is the subframe. there is nothing to rot. The outdrive was completely rebuilt at the end of last season at a cost of $3350.00. It has about 14 hours on it. I has a new shifter and cables and a new propellor.. Nice teak swim platform and ladder with fresh finish. New ignition switch. New marine deep cycle batteries at the beginning of last season. I just took them out of my office and installed them yesterday. The boat was started yesterday and run for a few minutes. It was smooth aas silk. Looking for an excellent deal on an older houseboat? I am selling this for a friend who has upgraded toa larger boat. It is currently docked on Green River Lake in Campbellsville KY. Green River is about a 1 1/2 hour drive from Louisville. If you are a Coca Cola fanatic like me, this is the boat for you. The previous owner decorated the inside of the boat with Coke merchandise from the bed spread to the dishes. If you dont really care for that decor, it can easily be changed with a quick trip to Wal Mart. The boat is a fiberglass hull and it measures 12x36. It is powered by a 350 V-8 Mercruiser engine which has been well maintained and winterized every year. It has laminated hardwood floors throughout the entire boat.It has a full bath with shower which is hard to find in these older boats.
