Roommate needed for a 3-bedroom house in sciotoville. Right now its just two guys living here, and we have an empty room with full cable internet and TV access. Dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer and all provided. There is a garage for storage, or extra parking space. The house has a big, roomy studio living room and a bathroom with shower and bath, and a kitchen with an electric oven/stove. All the utilities work fine and trash pickup comes on tuesdays. Currently its just me and my roommate living here, we both have stable jobs and we have good times on the reg, we just feel like a third roomie would make the living accommodations a little more manageable. Its very quiet and peaceful out here, and its basically the American Dream. Rent and utilities combined comes to about 255 a month. You might be thinking thats too good to be true, especially with all the stuff I mentioned previously, but its true. The house is a two-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom house that is only 1.5 miles from Marshall Campus. Although it is close to campus, it is not surrounded by any noisy college students. It is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. There are two rooms available. One is $385. The other is $350. The refundable deposit is only $250. Electric, gas and water are included! This rate is for a single person only. Each person gets a private bedroom and private, full bathroom. Each bedroom has a deadbolt lock and its own, separate heating/cooling system and thermostat. The living room, kitchen and laundry room are shared by one other person. The living room is furnished as shown in the photo except fo the TV. The TV shown in photo is NOT included. Kitchen is furnished with microwave, electric range (stove & oven) double-sink w/disposer, side-by-side fridge w/ice maker and table w/chairs and even some dishes, cookware and silverware. Save some money while not having to have a long-term roommate committment! I need to stay in Huntington during my externship at the VA Hospital from Jun 15 to Sept12th.All the short term rentals are either way expensive (1300$ for 1 bedroom?!?!) or only go until Aug 1st.
