I just graduated college and want a new home! I have 2 little boys. I would like something in Ashland in a nice neighborhood. I would prefer it to have 3 bedrooms. I would also like something that may need a little \"fixing-up.\" My best friend has worked for a construction company for 8 years and completely builds houses from the bottom up and the two of us could do any type of repair work needed. I would like to be able to do the work for the deposit and first months rent. I just started my new job and will not have my first full paycheck until the middle of July which I would use to pay the second months rent and I would not be moving in until all work is finished and certainly will not move in until I pay for the second months rent. We enjoy fixing homes up and I believe it to be a good way to save money.
