 Hello, I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment anytime between now and August 1. I am pursuing a degree at KU and need to get out of my lease ASAP, so I may move to Lawrence. This large apartment is in a great location and is in a quiet neighborhood. It is located directly behind Brookwood Plaza at 29th and Oakley. It is also near the Interstate, I find that I can get anywhere in Topeka fairly fast from this apartment. I am willing to negotiate the monthly rent until my lease is up.
