I cook a large dinner for everyone at least 4 to 5 times a week. My entire house is 5 bedrooms; we have a basement in which you can do your laundry at. We have fenced back yard, in a quiet neighborhood. There is not a garage available but there is parking available in front and behind the house in the alley way. I have two other rooms that can be available very quickly if needed. One is about the same size as the room mentioned above, the other is about 8ftx 9ft. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit and the lease is month to month. The rule is if you don’t pay you can’t stay. Our home is very laid pack, we like to keep things clean, and so I ask my tenants to keep their mess in there room. I do have 2 cats, 2 ferrets, a dog and 3 turtles. If you do not like animals this is not the home for you. We do take very good care of our animals and have a pet sitter that comes too the house a couple times a day to walk the dog and make sure all the animals have food and water.
