I am looking for some used PC stuff as my office computer has had a meltdown. On the graphics card I am looking for anything that is PCI-E x16 compatible, and 256 MB or better, strongly prefer better. I also favor Nvidia, but will consider ATI, well maybe haha. On the CPU, I am looking for an Intel socket 775. The one on the board still works, but if you have something better than a 3.06ghz (single core) I would be very interested. On the mother board, if you have a used \"bundle\" that would be great, it just has to be better than what I have now, not real hard to do that though, shoot me an email with specs. If you just have a MOBO, I am needing a socket 775, with enough space for at least 2 gigs of memory, and would like a PCI-E x16 slot, 5+ USB ports,prefer standard ATX format. I am just looking for the \"guts\" I have several empty towers aside from the one that the old stuff is in. Anyone commuting to KC and trying to relocate? I just started working in Topeka and would consider buying decent comparable property in Topeka if my house sells.I have a nice town home for sale in Gladstone. It is in the nice community of Meadowbrook Townhomes. The HOA dues are reasonable and include a pool, lawn care in common areas, trash, snow removal, and exterior maintenance including the roof. The HOA dues are paid yearly and I will make sure they are paid through Aug. 10 2010. The new owners wont have to pay HOA dues for a Year! The HOA recently tuck pointed (sp) the brickwork on the front. It is almost completely maintenance free. The area around the house is a park like setting and there are no streets public streets close to my unit. I really like the place and neighbors and only put it on the market to shorten my commute.All three bedrooms are on the top floor, as are the two full baths (one shower, one tub). The bathroom with the shower is connected to the master bedroom. The main level has the living room with gas burning fireplace, formal dining room, kitchen, and guest half/bath. The basement is half finished with a wood burning fireplace. The finished half of the basement would make a great office, work out room, play room, or dedicated home theater. The other half is the unfinished store room / utility room. There is a lot of space and this property is also an end unit that is offset so that only about half of the wall is shared. I almost never hear my neighbor. This property is like having all the room of a large 3 bedroom house, but all the convenience of a nice apartment. The outdoor patio area is quite large for a townhome and is perfect for grilling. There is plenty of room for table and chairs.
