This a great starter bike for a younger kid or someone who is just learning how to ride. This 4-wheeler is a 2X4 with a new drive belt that was just put on this summer. The tires are about 70 percent and have lots of life left on them. The battery is week and will more then likely need replaced but you can pull start and it pull starts real easily. What i have here is a 2008 v star 650 custom with after market pipes, quick detach saddleman saddle bags, a sissy bar , 4 inch peg extensions and metzler ME880 Marathon tires with lots of life left, on bigger bikes they last up to 14,000 miles these only have 5000 on them. It has Just under 15,000 miles on it with the oil changed every 3000-4000 miles by a motorcycle shop in emporia, or at the beginning of every season which ever was first. Always stored for the winter with Sta-bil in the tank to keep the carb from varnishing and plugging up. The paint job was done last may by a Professional Body Shop. The Paint used was high quality Dupont Chroma-base, the color is Synergy Green from the 2010 Synergy Edition Camaro. Fits 05-07 F650GS and 09-10 G650GS. Skid plate/guard/peg combo in very good used shape (plate has a few scratches on bottom which is normal) and the right rear clamp bolt is frozen. Since the plate comes off easily without loosening this one clamp, and should likewise go back on ok (that particular clamp really doesn't do much), it's no biggie. You might have tools better than mine that will loosen it or else just remove it with a bolt cutter and insert a new bolt. This HT guard/plate combo is an important upgrade if you go anywhere the flimsy stock plate might not be adequate, and the hiway pegs actually function quite well too providing an extra foot position on long rides. ALSO you get FREE my 1-off lower deflector. This unique deflector is scratched up from shop trimming (not road abuse) since it was intended as a prototype only. It attaches to the engine guard using only zip ties (see pic) and really does work but I would not recommended it for offroad use. $140 includes CONUS shipping if
