I have for sale a Briggs & Stratton 8 horsepower, OHV motor. It has gear reduction mounted and has run very well in the past. It is currently in a few pieces. All that needs to be mounted is the flywheel and starter assembly. The valves need to be adjusted as well but for someone into mechanics this is a very simple job. When those two things are done this engine will again run like a champ. I just don't have the tools any more to do so. "GOOD" I have gone through the "guts" of the engine and everything is in pristine shape, all the gaskets were replaced when I went through the engine. "BAD" there is a crack in the crankcase that causes some leakage of oil, but a very slow leak at that. It could be welded a little better as it was done in a hurry, but if you were going to use this on a log-splitter or something like that the oil leak shouldn't be too much of a problem. My dad was a retired mechanic - so he was notorious about keeping all the receipts from work he's had done to it over the years. Here's what I do know about the camper. I was told my step-mom bought this brand new back in 78 in California. Her & my dad did quite a bit of traveling in this camper -- all up until 2004 when their health no longer permitted it. It has a little over 97K original miles. We drove it back from Texas in 2007. We used it up until 2010 mainly during BBQ season. A bolt needs to be put back on the drivers side windshield wiper. There was a rebuilt carburetor put in it in 2007 before we brought it back, but the butterfly inside it sticks. Needs an air conditioning belt. We got about 17 miles to the gal coming back from Texas on the highway. We haven't driven it for about a year. It does take awhile for it to warm up -- but there is something wrong with the
